Wymagania

  • Higher education in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Practical experience in configuring SuccessFactors Recruitment, Marketing, and Onboarding modules (certified or documented experience).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes in an international environment.
  • Experience in at least three comprehensive implementations.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
  • Experience in the retail industry.

Obowiązki

  • Maintain and develop SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Recruiting Marketing.
  • Resolve issues related to modules and their integration.
  • Implement new features based on business requirements and manage system versioning.
