Wymagania
- Higher education in IT or equivalent experience.
- Practical experience in configuring SuccessFactors Recruitment, Marketing, and Onboarding modules (certified or documented experience).
- Solid understanding of HR processes in an international environment.
- Experience in at least three comprehensive implementations.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills and fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
- Experience in the retail industry.
Obowiązki
- Maintain and develop SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Recruiting Marketing.
- Resolve issues related to modules and their integration.
- Implement new features based on business requirements and manage system versioning.
