Wymagania
- Fluent German language skills (minimum C1) required for client support.
- Communicative English language skills (minimum B1) necessary during training and team communication.
- Good knowledge of IT technical issues.
- Ability to listen and read with understanding, and communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Willingness to work in a shift system between 7:00 and 21:00.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Service Desk or customer service.
Obowiązki
- Join the Service Desk team to develop customer service skills based on modern CX solutions.
- Respond to internal inquiries from Tchibo store employees.
- Identify and resolve IT problems related to software and hardware.
- Analyze situations for anomalies.
- Report other issues requiring further action.
