ERP Specialist

Nextbike Polska SA is a company operating in Warsaw, Poland, involved in ERP system implementation and support, specifically using Comarch ERP XL in a manufacturing and logistics context.

• Practical experience with Comarch ERP XL as a Key User, consultant, or administrator.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes in manufacturing-logistics companies, including production, warehouse management, logistics, sales, and basic finance.
• Developed analytical and project skills, independence, responsibility, and attention to detail; experience working in Agile and Waterfall project structures.
• Ability to create functional and technical documentation and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2) for working in an international environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Visio.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to model business processes according to BPMN standards.
• Knowledge of German language.

• Participate in international ERP implementations and roll-outs, leading and supporting Comarch ERP XL deployment in foreign subsidiaries.
• Design comprehensive test scenarios and conduct functional and regression testing (UAT) in areas such as purchasing, logistics, sales, and production.
• Provide ongoing user support (Helpdesk/Key User) and validate and resolve reported system errors.
• Map, analyze, document, and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and improvement areas in the ERP system.
• Coordinate, prepare, and conduct end-user training and create clear, user-friendly procedural documentation.
• Act as a communication bridge between business users, internal IT, and external ERP integrators during updates, integrations, and system development.
