• Secondary education
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with CRM systems (bs4)
• Knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Good knowledge of relational databases
• Experience cooperating with end users
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in a team
• Communication skills and openness to cooperation

• Administration and ongoing maintenance of the CRM system
• Cooperation with users, providing daily support and resolving reported issues
• Participation in analyses, modifications, and improvements of CRM functionalities
