IT Support

SCANDINAVIAN PRINT GROUP POLSKA sp. z o.o. is an employer located in Szczecin, Poland, operating in the IT administration sector, specifically in system and network administration and technical support.

• A relevant degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Experience in IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and Active Directory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.

Nice to have:

• SQL.
• Programming in C# or Python.
• Knowledge of monitoring systems: PRTG, Zabbix.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft environment: Admin Cloud and Entra.

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Promptly responding to IT support requests from employees and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft products (e.g., Office suite), and other software applications.
• Managing and maintaining user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
• Documenting processes, as well as logging inquiries and solutions in the IT support system.
• Collaborating with external vendors and support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
