Freelance Middle Salesforce Consultant

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and advantageous experience with Experience Cloud (B2B Commerce Cloud)
• Consulting experience with ability to find and present the right solution to clients

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Service
• Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture
• Release management and leveraging CI/CD tooling
• Testing and debugging skills
• Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications; additional certifications welcome
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT, or technology related field
• Excellent command of English in both speech and writing

• Creating Salesforce (technical) solution designs
• Declarative and programmatic development of Salesforce functionalities to meet business requirements
• Creating estimations for work to be done
• Working closely with other scrum team members on the project
• Peer reviewing others’ work
• Sharing knowledge
