Over the past six months, we've started laying the foundations of our enterprise GTM motion and have landed multiple Fortune 1000 customers.


Wymagania

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with web scraping, data collection, or automation at scale.
  • Familiarity with proxy infrastructure (residential, datacenter, ISP) and common scraping frameworks such as Scrapy, Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium.
  • Understanding of anti-bot systems, CAPTCHA strategies, session management, and request optimization.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to test, benchmark, and present findings clearly.
  • Hands-on, high-agency, curious, and fast-learning approach.
  • Excellent English language skills; Lithuanian is a bonus.
  • Bonus: experience at a proxy provider, scraping API company, or data aggregation platform.

Obowiązki

Be the Technical Voice in the Sales Cycle:

  • Partner with sales on high-value prospects and enterprise evaluations.
  • Lead technical discovery to understand customer requirements and infrastructure needs.
  • Design and execute proof-of-concept engagements demonstrating real-world performance.
  • Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and advanced technical inquiries.

Drive Customer Success and Retention:

  • Own the technical relationship with key accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and time-to-value.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues across the full request lifecycle.
  • Advise customers on best practices for proxy usage within their workflows.

Collaborate Across Product and Engineering:

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating use cases into product insights.
  • Work closely with Engineering on technical escalations and product improvements.
  • Contribute to shaping the product roadmap based on market and customer needs.

Enable the Commercial Team:

  • Lead technical workshops and webinars to educate prospects and customers.
  • Build enablement materials to support informed technical conversations by sales.
