Ensure the CMDB functions as the single source of truth for configuration data across the organisation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution and enterprise architects, and technical delivery teams to define priorities and requirements.
Support and enforce governance processes and standards for CMDB data quality.
Identify and implement data quality improvements, validation rules and reconciliation processes.
Define and prioritise the CMDB backlog, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and delivery plans.
Coordinate integration approaches and interface requirements with external systems and data sources.
Monitor performance of CMDB initiatives and report progress to relevant governance bodies.
