• Experience in IT project management and working with development teams
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Understanding of microservices architecture and REST integration
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Hazelcast, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to design system solutions and work with UML
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience in such environments
• Ability to combine technical leadership with project coordination
• Experience in requirements analysis and business collaboration

• Manage IT projects and work with development teams
• Design system solutions and create/read UML diagrams
• Support backend, frontend, and DevOps teams in solution implementation
