ITFS Sp. z o.o. operates in the banking and financial industry, offering business and system analysis services with a focus on IT solutions.

• Minimum 4 years of documented experience in business and system analysis
• Experience in the banking or financial industry
• Higher education in computer science, mathematics, or related technical field
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML notation
• Experience with CASE tools
• Proficient in project management and documentation tools: Jira and Confluence
• Ability to design component-level solutions and create precise functional documentation
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code concepts and solutions
• Broad knowledge of IT technologies, standards, and software development methodologies
• Experience working in agile/Scrum teams
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, and decision-making ability

Nice to have:

• Experience with Enterprise Architect tool

• Analyze business and system requirements for IT solutions
• Design solutions at the component level and create comprehensive project and functional documentation
• Coordinate entire or specific areas of project work
• Actively participate in project team meetings
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to software development using modern standards and agile methodologies

Work location: Katowice with hybrid work (1 day in office). Recruitment process includes phone interview with ITFS and technical interview with client. Start ASAP with up to 30 days notice period.
