• Minimum 6 years of experience working on Java technology projects.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader, Tech Lead, or senior leading a team.
• Experience in large-scale or business-critical projects.
• Higher education in computer science or related field.
• Proficient in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
• Experience with JPA / Hibernate.
• Creating REST APIs.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL (query optimization, data modeling).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of DDD and CQRS patterns.
• Experience with high-availability architectures and enterprise environments.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Leading, mentoring, and evaluating the quality of work of Java developers (code review).
• Designing application architecture in microservices, event-driven, or modular monolith environments.
• Making technological decisions and supervising code standards and quality.
• Collaborating with business, analysts, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Planning backlog, estimating work, and supervising sprints.
• Solving performance issues and production incidents.
• Participating in recruitment and team competency development.
• Implementing good programming practices and security standards.
• Supervising application security and corporate policies.
