Quality Engineer Test Management

• Solid experience in test automation and quality engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Robot Framework.
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD integration, particularly with Jenkins.
• Knowledge of test analysis, test case design, and execution.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Experience with test framework design and implementation.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of payments or financial domain.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent understanding of testing standards.
• Previous experience using AI in testing workflows.

• Analyse business and functional requirements to design test cases and scenarios.
• Develop, automate, and maintain tests using Python and Robot Framework.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), ensuring smooth deployments.
• Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test implementation and improve code quality.
• Execute automated and manual tests, track results, and report test outcomes.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
• Design and implement test frameworks to standardise automation practices across teams.
• Support QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in test engineering processes.
