Product Manager - Hardware / Retail Technology (k/m)

LSI Software S.A. develops proprietary solutions used by clients from various industries in Poland and abroad, focusing on retail technology such as kiosks and self-checkout systems. The company engages in innovative technological projects in AI, process automation, and SaaS solutions.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing product portfolios and launching new products.
• Experience in tender procedures and preparing technical and product offers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent self-organization.
• Ability to read technical drawings and hardware specifications.
• Very good English proficiency (B2+/C1) for communication with manufacturers, clients, and partners, and working with technical and tender documentation.
• Category B driving license.

Nice to have:

• Experience with hardware solutions or retail technology (e.g., kiosks, POS, self-checkout, digital signage, retail automation).
• Experience in custom hardware projects.
• Experience creating and implementing product roadmaps.
• Ability to prepare pricing policies, margin recommendations, and product profitability control.
• Experience cooperating with manufacturers from Asia or Europe.

• Manage and develop product portfolio in kiosks and self-checkout systems.
• Oversee full product lifecycle: market analysis, implementation, development, and withdrawal.
• Coordinate new product launches and support sales and technical departments.
• Prepare product documentation, technical specifications, and sales materials.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and product functionality development.
• Establish product standards and processes related to portfolio development.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.
