Junior AI Developer

We are a software development company based in Wrocław with 16 years of experience creating diverse software solutions for various clients. We focus on delivering outstanding software products and are not a product company, allowing work on a wide range of projects and technologies.

• Hands-on experience with applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience may come from university coursework, personal projects, hackathons, internships, or professional roles; prior commercial experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong backend development skills with Node.js and/or Python.
• Working knowledge of React.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Solid understanding of APIs, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Ability to demonstrate projects and articulate technical decisions clearly.

Nice to have:

• Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or open-source projects.
• Experience with AI development frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and foundation model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation workflows, and deploying AI-powered applications.

• Build applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), including chatbots, AI assistants, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Develop backend components using Node.js and/or Python.
• Apply modern frontend development practices using React.js.
• Understand and implement APIs and software architecture best practices.
• Demonstrate projects and clearly explain technical decisions, trade-offs, and implementation approaches.
