Junior AI Developer

We are a software development company based in Wrocław with 16 years of experience creating diverse software solutions for various clients. We are not a product company, which means employees work on a wide range of projects and technologies.

• Hands-on experience building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), such as chatbots, AI assistants, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience may come from university coursework, personal projects, hackathons, internships, or professional roles; prior commercial experience is not required but is a plus.
• Strong backend development skills with Node.js and/or Python.
• Working knowledge of React.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Solid understanding of APIs, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Ability to demonstrate projects and clearly articulate technical decisions, trade-offs, and implementation approaches.

Nice to Have:

• Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or open-source projects.
• Experience with AI development frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and foundation model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation workflows, and deploying AI-powered applications.
