Wymagania

  • Deep Salesforce Administration experience with complex orgs.
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting CRM migrations or integrations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Experience leading CRM integrations or migrations, ideally in M&A or rapid scale-ups.
  • Strong professional English language proficiency.

Obowiązki

  • Full Lifecycle Governance: Own end-to-end optimization of Salesforce CPQ, translating commercial strategies into product bundles, pricing logic, and approval workflows.
  • Quote-to-Cash Alignment: Ensure CPQ engine reflects pricing structures and contract processes, streamlining quote to finance-ready data.
  • Scalable System Design: Lead evolution of core data structures and Flow automations for long-term performance.
  • Migration & M&A Leadership: Act as technical lead for CRM migrations and system consolidations during global expansions.
  • GTM Strategic Advisor: Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance leadership to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
  • Revenue Operations Synergy: Collaborate with Data and RevOps teams for pipeline visibility and reporting.
  • System Integrity & Performance: Maintain high data quality and system health as a trusted platform.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and eliminate friction points, championing continuous platform improvement.
