Wymagania

  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance Operations, Business Transformation, Consulting, or Shared Services environments, with exposure to C2C processes (Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable).
  • Good understanding of C2C process flows, controls, and key performance drivers.
  • Experience supporting or preparing process documentation (process maps, narratives, SOPs, requirements).
  • Exposure to at least one ERP system (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar).
  • Awareness of C2C-supporting tools and technologies (e.g., billing, collections, dispute, or workflow solutions).
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, RPA, and GenAI-enabled transformation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level) and a Bachelor's degree (preferably in a relevant field).

Obowiązki

  • Support business transformation initiatives within Cash-to-Cash (C2C) processes, including Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management.
  • Contribute to process design, Target Operating Model (TOM) development, and maturity/benchmarking assessments under guidance of senior team members.
  • Prepare project documentation such as current-state and target-state processes, process issues, improvement opportunities, business requirements, and solution descriptions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying basic continuous improvement frameworks and transformation assets (e.g., Lean principles, benchmarking approaches).
  • Assist in ERP and platform-enabled transformation projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle) and assessments of C2C-related tools and technologies.
  • Support data collection, validation, and analysis, and help transform findings into client-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, workshops, and meetings for client and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop consulting skills including structured problem solving, analytical thinking, storytelling, and professional communication.
  • Stay informed on automation, intelligent workflows, RPA, and GenAI/Agentic solutions, supporting adoption of transformation methodologies and assets.
