ITFS is offering a business and system analyst position for a hybrid work model based in Katowice, with a minimum of one day per week in the office. The project is described as interesting and developmental, with clear cooperation conditions in a company with a stable market position. The role is related to the banking and financial industry.

• Minimum 4 years of documented experience in business and system analysis
• Experience in the banking or financial industry
• Higher education in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML notation
• Experience with CASE tools
• Very good knowledge of project management and documentation tools: Jira and Confluence
• Ability to design component-level solutions and create precise functional documentation
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code concepts and solutions
• Broad knowledge of IT technologies, standards, and software development methodologies
• Experience working in agile/Scrum teams
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, and decision-making ability

Nice to have:

• Knowledge and experience with Enterprise Architect tool

• Analyze business and system requirements for IT solutions
• Design component-level solutions and create comprehensive project and functional documentation
• Coordinate entire or designated areas of project work
• Actively participate in project team meetings and collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Participate in software development using modern standards and agile methodologies
