Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant / Project Manager

Deatrans Sp. z o.o. is an IT company managing projects primarily based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, integrating business systems such as B2B, WMS, e-Commerce, CRM, WorkFlow, Office365, and HRM. The company operates within a growing group of companies and focuses on real business implementations rather than theoretical projects.

• Practical experience as a Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant or implementer in at least one business area.
• Interest or experience in project management, including organizational skills to manage timelines and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with business and developers and ask appropriate questions.
• Proactive attitude with responsibility for project success and influence on project scope and direction.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Planner, ClickUp.
• Theoretical or practical knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI.
• Experience in projects involving ERP system integrations with external platforms.

Project Management:

• Lead IT projects involving Microsoft Dynamics AX and other business software integrations.
• Collaborate directly with internal business users to translate their needs into system solutions.
• Support developers in functional analysis related to AX.
• Coordinate the work of project teams including development, integrations, and support.
• Ensure quality, scope, budget, and transparent communication throughout the project.
• Report on schedule and budget progress using project management software.
• Prepare documentation for changes developed with the team.
