Wymagania
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with proven end-to-end product development experience and strong expertise in the product discovery stage.
- Proficiency in collaborating and integrating with technology partners to deliver joint products.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on application architecture and contributing to architectural decisions.
- Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Advanced communication skills in English (B2+ or higher), both verbal and written, with experience in an international business environment.
- Strong background in B2B product development, preferably within SaaS or platform-based solutions.
- Deep expertise in the MarTech domain and marketing automation platforms, including social media advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads), omnichannel marketing solutions (WhatsApp, SMS), APIs, third-party integrations, and webhook-based event-driven architectures.
- Experience identifying opportunities and shaping AI-driven product features such as AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Proven ability to independently deliver product prototypes, internal tools, or automation flows using AI-assisted development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of independently delivering AI-powered features from concept to production.
- Deep practical knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem, including hands-on experience building, configuring, or launching marketing automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding and no-code tools to build prototypes and automate workflows independently.
Obowiązki
- Collect and elaborate business requirements from customers, partners, the external community, and internal users.
- Organize and prioritize requirements within the company's information resources.
- Define and defend product concepts, including grouping and detailing business requirements, developing go-to-market strategies, creating mockups using AI tools, collaborating on UX and UI design, producing presentation materials, drafting user stories, and assigning tasks to technical writers.
- Conduct market research focused on the MarTech landscape, including competitor analysis and evaluation of potential integration solutions.
- Lead SCRUM activities with development teams, including Kick-off presentations, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and Development Team to achieve product goals and meet customer expectations.
- Provide consultations to internal employees, customers, and partners on customizing the system to address business needs.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for company employees and clients on new release features.
