Wymagania

  • 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity focusing on data security, data governance, cloud security, or identity management.
  • Strong knowledge of data classification models and data lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPM concepts and tooling.
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise IT / Corporate Systems and product teams.
  • Deep understanding of identity governance and internal access control mechanisms.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Proven experience leading teams or security programs, ideally in data-focused or governance-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Fluency in English.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with DSPM platforms, DLP technologies, or data governance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data protection (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC).
  • Background in internal advisory, architecture reviews, or technical project leadership.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent.

Obowiązki

Lead a High-Performing Team:

  • Manage and mentor a team of security professionals across identity and data security domains.

Data Security Strategy:

  • Define, evolve, and execute the company’s data classification and data protection strategy.

DSPM Ownership:

  • Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of Data Security Posture Management capabilities.

Data Leakage Prevention & Monitoring:

  • Drive initiatives to identify data movement, detect leakage vectors, and implement controls.

Identity & Access Governance:

  • Provide leadership in identity management and internal access control.

Technical Program Leadership:

  • Partner with Corporate Systems, engineering, and product teams to embed secure-by-design principles.

Internal Advisory & Consulting:

  • Act as a senior advisor on secure data handling, architecture decisions, and regulatory compliance.

Governance & Executive Reporting:

  • Develop dashboards, risk metrics, and executive-level reporting on data security posture.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize data security risks with clear remediation ownership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as primary contact for data security matters, promoting awareness and process improvements.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current on emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices in data security and identity governance.
