Wymagania
- Experience in data governance, AI governance, data privacy, or enterprise data management
- Understanding of GDPR, EU data residency, access control, and data protection requirements
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics, or AI initiatives
- Ability to translate governance requirements into practical delivery recommendations
- Experience working with business, IT, security, legal, and compliance stakeholders
- Strong ability to identify governance risks without overcomplicating delivery
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI adoption, responsible AI, or GenAI governance
- Experience in manufacturing, multi-site enterprise, logistics, supply chain, or process-heavy organizations
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS, or similar
- Experience defining operating models for data / analytics / AI platforms
Obowiązki
- Review current data governance maturity, ownership model, and decision-making gaps
- Define high-level data ownership principles across business and IT stakeholders
- Support definition of access rights, permissions, data sharing rules, and approval flows
- Validate EU data residency, GDPR, security, and compliance considerations relevant to the target platform
- Support AI governance guardrails, including safe AI usage, shadow AI mitigation, data protection, and responsible use principles
- Advise on governance requirements for future AI / automation use cases
- Review platform and architecture recommendations from a governance and compliance perspective
- Contribute to the operating model for future data / AI platform support
- Provide input into Phase 2 roadmap regarding governance, controls, ownership, and readiness
