Product Designer

The company focuses on transparency, trust, and technology to help customers trade more effectively.

• Proven experience delivering production-ready UI reliably, to brief and on time
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Strong working knowledge of atomic design methodology
• Experience designing and launching app and web-based financial products
• Experience working with remote development teams and producing spec-quality handoffs
• Track record of embedding customer feedback, analytics (HotJar, Amplitude), and competitor insight into design thinking
• Experience validating and refining through A/B testing and prototyping
• Genuine love of designing simplicity regardless of product complexity or regulation

Preferred requirements:

• Experience designing trading platforms or other tightly regulated financial products
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS sufficient to communicate accurately with developers
• Experience with Storybook or similar component documentation tools
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tooling, such as Figma Make or Claude

• Own the brief-to-delivery pipeline: receive briefs, resolve ambiguity, and confirm deliverables before design begins
• Deliver high-quality UI to specification and on agreed timelines, communicating schedule risks transparently
• Work with attention to detail within the Figma design system, adhering to tokens, variables, design rules, and naming conventions
• Create, maintain, and extend reusable components using atomic design principles
• Partner closely with front-end developers to produce developer-ready handoffs and participate in QA to ensure implementation matches design intent
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies in the design system and propose resolutions
• Self-review all work rigorously against brief requirements before submission and iterate with pace and a positive attitude

This role is remote with required occasional travel to London.
