IT Implementation & Delivery / Project Manager (f/m)

LSI Software S.A. is a leading software and IT solutions provider for retail, gastronomy, hospitality, and entertainment industries in Poland. The company has over 30 years of experience and delivers ERP, WMS, and CMS systems used by numerous retail chains and facilities across Poland.

• 2-3 years of experience as an Implementation Leader, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or related roles.
• Ability to manage IT project stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of ERP, CMS, WMS, or related systems.
• Knowledge of server and database environments used in enterprise solutions.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure (hardware, networks, operating systems).
• Ability to identify risks and plan preventive actions.
• Ability to prepare documentation, reports, and schedules.
• Problem diagnosis skills and creative solution finding.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Independence and responsibility for task completion.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness for occasional business trips if projects require.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the retail industry and sales process characteristics.
• Communicative level of English language.

• Coordinate and execute IT implementation projects supporting sales and operational processes in multi-branch environments.
• Manage projects and implementations of IT systems (ERP, EDI, CMS, WMS, and other corporate systems) including time, scope, budget, risks, quality, and change management.
• Participate in defining strategic, tactical, and individual goals within the department.
• Manage project teams and collaborate with IT departments, service teams, hardware teams, and external suppliers.
• Plan and support service teams during "hyper care" and "transition handover" processes.
• Ensure proper team organization according to KPIs, SLAs, and quality indicators; propose and implement improvements; support task execution; monitor and identify risks; conduct regular meetings; onboard new team members.
• Manage work invoicing processes and budget.
• Conduct communication with clients at business and technical levels.
• Organize and lead workshops, trainings, and project presentations.
• Report team results and goal achievement to supervisors.
