Project Manager / Project Managerka - POS

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of processes and available technological and functional solutions in cash register systems.
• Familiarity with practical principles of project documentation development.
• Ability to manage project teams and work in complex business environments.
• Business orientation and developed communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Proactive attitude and effective performance under time pressure.
• Interest in new technologies and trends.
• Skills in planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Very good command of English enabling fluent communication (B2/C1).

• Experience working with Agile methodology.

• Leading project work on the development of POS cash register system functionalities.
• Coordinating activities and monitoring project execution to deliver technological solutions in the POS area using Agile methodology.
• Proposing solutions and options to meet business needs, functional requirements, and use cases.
• Collaborating with development teams, verifying their effectiveness, planning work in Agile methodology, and managing the backlog.
• Planning and organizing project work, including creating schedules, defining resources and budgets, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality and completeness of documentation.
• Supervising proper execution of project work at every stage, identifying and reporting risks or issues, and recommending necessary changes to project plans or schedules.
• Coordinating project team work and ensuring open, effective communication among project participants, including conveying key information to relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting preparation of benefits for individual projects and functionalities in backlogs and managing functionality value relative to costs.
• Collaborating with product teams and other members of the Digital Product and Technology team on projects related to product development using Agile methodology.
• Analyzing inter-product dependencies and incorporating them into project schedules.
