Wymagania
- Experience as an IT Manager, IT Team Leader, or similar role.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and develop employee competencies.
- Highly developed communication and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and ability to make balanced decisions.
- Skillful management of priorities and resources in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing changes.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, business systems, and IT security.
- Experience in implementation and integration of IT systems and infrastructure.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for communication in an international environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL standards (certification is a plus) and project management standards.
Obowiązki
- Manage a small IT support team responsible for user support in stores across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, as well as office and warehouse locations.
- Organize and coordinate IT department tasks.
- Ensure continuity of IT infrastructure and systems in stores, office, and warehouse.
- Collaborate with international business and technology teams.
- Plan and execute IT projects supporting organizational development.
- Manage IT processes related to store openings in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new solutions, including system integration planning.
- Manage relationships with IT service and solution providers, including contracts and orders.
- Build high standards of user support and team collaboration culture.
- Handle incident, request, and problem management.
- Manage IT department documentation, CMDB, procedures, processes, and budget forecasts.
