We are looking for a Global Service and Support Manager to build, lead and improve our global service and support function across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas.


Wymagania

  • Technical education or strong practical technical background.
  • Experience in service, support, field service, technical operations or engineering.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to create structure in a fast-changing environment.
  • Confidence to challenge inconsistent ways of working and drive improvement across a distributed team.
  • Good understanding of business systems, CRM, support desk tools or service management software.
  • Clear communication style and strong ownership.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Optional:

  • Experience with industrial instrumentation, flow measurement, oil & gas, emissions monitoring, service contracts, installed-base management, automation or AI-enabled support tools would be an advantage.

Obowiązki

  • Lead and coordinate global service and support activities across regional teams.
  • Improve planning, execution, follow-up and reporting of service work.
  • Implement and develop service management tools, including scheduling, work orders, dashboards and installed-base visibility.
  • Manage support desk performance, ticket ownership, escalation and closure.
  • Improve service reports, knowledge base quality and customer support processes.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, Quality, Sales and R&D to turn field feedback into product and process improvements.
  • Support training, knowledge sharing and practical continuous improvement across the service organisation.
