CG Supervisor

Wojan Studio is producing a feature-length animated film for young audiences. The role involves leadership within a team of 30+ artists and collaboration with directors, producers, and department leads. The production primarily uses Maya, with Blender experience considered an advantage.

• Previous experience as a CG Supervisor, VFX Supervisor, or CG Department Lead on animated feature films, shorts, or high-end CG productions.
• Deep understanding of Lighting, Rendering, and Compositing workflows.
• Solid understanding of character-driven CG production and large-scale animation pipelines.
• Experience working with Creative Leadership and Production Teams.
• Production experience with Maya, Houdini, and Nuke.
• Blender experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

• Broad understanding of creative, technical, and production challenges in animated filmmaking.

• Lead and support a team of 30+ artists throughout the production of a feature-length animated film.
• Collaborate with Director, Producers, Art Directors, and Department Leads to realize the creative vision.
• Act as a senior creative leader partnering with Production, Executive Stakeholders, and Investors' Representatives for planning, bidding, resource allocation, risk management, and project delivery.
• Review work daily, provide feedback, and assist teams in solving creative and technical challenges.
• Establish production workflows and quality standards.
• Partner with Technical Directors, Pipeline TDs, and AI Lead to improve production tools.
• Take ownership of delivery, quality, and team success.
