Wymagania
- Experience in application support, IT support, or a similar role.
- Fluent in both English and Polish (spoken and written).
- Passion for documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, structured, and with high attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Intercom, Jira, or similar customer support and project management platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work and seeking smarter ways to operate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Obowiązki
- Provide 1st and 2nd level application support via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using SQL to analyze data and validate root causes.
- Coordinate efficient resolutions with appropriate personnel.
- Create and maintain user-facing knowledge base articles, guides, and FAQs.
- Apply an automation-first mindset to identify repetitive tasks and propose smarter processes.
