Senior Business Analyst

PhotoAiD is a technology company with a global presence in 150+ countries that enables compliant passport and ID photos using a smartphone. The company originated from FunFotos, a photo booth company launched in 2012 in Poland, and has grown to build the largest photo booth network in Central & Eastern Europe, expanding into photo studios and passport photo booths.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business/Data/BI analyst with full ownership of projects.
• Understanding of business metrics including P&L, conversion, and ROI.
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions without waiting for tasks.
• Proficient in SQL, specifically with Google BigQuery, and experience with Google Cloud.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and decision-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships with stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Act as the analytical driver for the core online document photo service, collaborating with Design and IT teams to assess improvements and analyze their impact on conversion and UX.
• Serve as the main analytical partner for the new photo kiosk product, analyzing conversion funnels and user behavior to provide recommendations for sales and retention.
• Support business and developers in creating new products and technological changes by planning data architecture and tracking.
• Prepare, optimize, and automate sales reporting for key B2B partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Analytics Lead and C-level executives on quarterly goal planning, KPI setting, and fostering a Self-Service Analytics culture.
