Senior Technical Implementation Specialist

• Hands-on experience with APIs and JSON structures, including analyzing and testing API requests.
• Advanced English proficiency (at least B2 level) with ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
• Experience working directly with clients via written communication and video calls.
• Solid knowledge of CX platforms such as Tidio, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Ability to evaluate technical requirements and design client-focused solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to resolve integration or feature gaps.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and creativity.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Zapier, API integrations, API design, and JSON.

• Set up and configure client accounts to ensure a smooth start.
• Integrate Tidio with external systems (e.g., CRMs, e-commerce platforms) using APIs and JSON.
• Implement and customize solutions based on client-specific business needs.
• Discuss and design custom solutions with clients during video calls.
• Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage implementation projects from planning to delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Identify and drive process improvements to streamline implementation workflow.
