• Experience in the banking sector, especially in quality, customer service, complaints, or digital channels
• Analytical skills with the ability to work with data and draw accurate conclusions
• Proactivity and initiative in identifying and solving problems
• High sense of responsibility and determination to complete tasks ("ownership")
• Ability to conduct meetings, build agreements, and enforce them
• Very good communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to prepare clear and concrete presentation materials
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Openness to using AI in daily work

• Knowledge of software development processes (SDLC)
• Experience collaborating with IT/product teams
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with rankings (analysis and improvement planning)

• Analyze mobile application quality based on data from rankings, audits, customer complaints, and operational channels
• Identify trends, recurring problems, and areas for improvement
• Draw conclusions and propose specific changes to application functionalities
• Initiate and implement improvements at the team level
• Prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentation materials for stakeholders
• Present findings and recommendations to units responsible for application development and maintenance
• Conduct meetings, agree on corrective actions, and monitor their implementation
• Enforce agreements and ensure topics reach final implementation
• Prepare summaries of activities (e.g., emails, reports) for stakeholders and management
• Support own and team work by using AI tools
