Senior AI Engineer

ITFS is a consulting company based in Trójmiasto with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients in Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in software engineering or data engineering.
• At least 2–3 years of practical experience working with large language models (LLM) and generative AI.
• Proficient in Python and solid knowledge of SQL.
• Proven success in designing and implementing agentic AI solutions in commercial environments.
• Deep understanding of agent architecture patterns, including evaluating technological trade-offs and setting technical direction.
• Practical experience with vector databases, text chunking strategies, and embedding optimization.
• Practical knowledge of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, ADK) and integration protocols.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker), and API development tools (FastAPI).
• Daily proficiency with AI-assisted programming tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar).
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+/C1 level.

• Design and build autonomous multi-agent systems that can reason, plan, and execute complex business processes end-to-end.
• Select and orchestrate appropriate commercial and open-source AI models tailored to specific use cases.
• Design data backbone structures for agentic solutions, including embeddings pipelines, vector databases, hybrid search, and RAG architecture.
• Take responsibility for the full production cycle, including cloud deployment with security standards, monitoring, observability, and Responsible AI guardrails.
• Lead technical implementations in collaboration with consultants and interdisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers.
