Mid AI Engineer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It primarily focuses on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software engineering or data engineering.
• At least 1 year of practical experience working with large language models (LLM) and generative AI.
• Proficient in Python and solid knowledge of SQL.
• Practical experience building RAG pipelines and/or agentic workflows and working with vector databases.
• Practical knowledge of at least one agentic framework (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, ADK).
• Experience deploying AI solutions in one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for securely connecting agents with external systems.
• Daily proficiency using AI-assisted programming tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar).
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+/C1 level.

• Design and build GenAI applications and multi-agent systems using Python, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), and open-source models.
• Develop RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and integrations connecting agents with corporate databases, APIs, and systems.
• Independently manage assigned features end-to-end: from prototyping, evaluation, to cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) ensuring production reliability.
• Evaluate and optimize AI-generated results by improving accuracy, reducing hallucinations, and tuning performance.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, architects, and consultants on client projects and actively participate in design decisions.
