• Experience working in a SCRUM environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
• Minimum 5 years of Java programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Experience designing and developing backend applications.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and implementing REST API, SOAP, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
• Experience with Hibernate and JPA.
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Knowledge of design patterns and good programming practices.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements.

• Design and develop backend applications using Java technology.
• Create and enhance microservices and APIs.
• Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps, QA teams, and Business Analysts.
• Participate in system architecture design and technology decision-making.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated tests, and best programming practices.
• Analyze performance and optimize existing solutions.
• Provide mentoring and support to less experienced developers.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and maintain development environments.
