Technical Product Owner

Transition Technologies PSC is a company within a Capital Group, working on innovative projects using modern technologies with a focus on cybersecurity and cloud-native technologies.

• English at an advanced level (minimum C1)
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product or Solution Architect, or Lead engineer in the software industry
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes ecosystem, and Linux system administration
• Solid understanding of security architecture concepts including TLS/SSL and RBAC
• Capability to design integrations with CI/CD tools and APIs for managing lifecycle of secrets
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity domain (minimum 2 years)
• Innovative, proactive, and highly motivated with a serious work ethic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability
• Proven Agile experience and management skills
• Ability to translate technical and security requirements into product features

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes experience

• Own and manage the product backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Translate cybersecurity requirements into actionable development tasks
• Prioritize backlog based on business value, risk, and security impact
• Work closely with Engineering teams (backend, cloud, security), Product Management, and Security experts/architects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, demo)
• Ensure alignment with product roadmap and security strategy
• Define and track product KPIs (e.g., detection efficiency, automation rate)
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an international environment
• Meet with customers to present new functionalities, get feedback, and understand customer needs
• Own and coordinate product release and patching process
