• Ability to design and integrate complex, high-performance, and secure corporate systems
• Broad technological knowledge
• Experience with software architecture practices, tools, and management
• Knowledge of design patterns related to microservices and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Familiarity with cloud and cloud-agnostic technologies, with practical knowledge of selected ones
• Programming experience in C# or Java, recognized authority among developers
• Communication skills for negotiation, solution presentation, and argumentation at various decision-making levels
• Ability to use system design and modeling tools
• Ability to create high-level design documentation and architectural requirements for RFPs

• Design and review architecture of corporate solutions for business needs, including internally developed and integrated external solutions based on private cloud and Azure
• Coordinate activities among teams involved in technology projects (analysts, developers, DevOps, security architects, infrastructure, users, software vendors)
• Identify technological needs and participate in initiatives to increase security, performance, reliability, and improve production processes
• Develop standards and maintain documentation
