HR Systems & Data Analyst (Time & Absence)

The position is within the Global Process Owner organization for Payroll & Time at an international and well-known tobacco company.

• Fluent English (speaking and writing)
• University graduate
• Experience in using Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central is an advantage
• Ability to solve problems effectively and work in a team
• Ability to learn quickly with high attention to detail
• Previous experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Working with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time module
• Helping to answer various queries from operational teams based on work instructions and configuration workbooks
• Troubleshooting and proposing solutions to problems
• Supporting the launch of new time & absence platforms in various global markets
• Preparatory activities and requirements gathering
• User acceptance testing
