For our client, a fast-growing international D2C tech company, we are supporting the build of a new performance-focused team in Warsaw.
Wymagania
- Proven hands-on expertise in Meta User Acquisition, particularly in scaling campaigns for the US market.
- Strong understanding of CAC optimisation, funnel metrics, creative testing, and growth levers.
- Experience building acquisition accounts, campaign structures, and operational processes from scratch.
- Ability to create testing frameworks, automation logic, and scalable performance systems.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen.
- Solid understanding of subscription models, DTC businesses, quiz funnels, mobile apps, e-commerce, or consumer tech environments.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing performance funnels (web-to-app or web-to-purchase).
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets (USD 100k+ monthly).
- Previous leadership experience, including scaling teams and business functions.
- Familiarity with the CEE growth ecosystem is highly valued.
Nice to have:
- Experience across paid channels beyond Meta.
- Background in beauty, wellness, or consumer subscription businesses.
- Experience managing very large-scale budgets and building teams from the ground up.
Obowiązki
- Build and scale the User Acquisition function from the ground up, taking a leading role in shaping its strategy, performance, and long-term success.
- Develop and execute the acquisition strategy, including campaign structure, operating frameworks, and scalable best practices.
- Take ownership of paid acquisition performance, with a strong focus on Meta channels.
- Drive improvements in CAC while maintaining growth quality and scale.
- Design and implement testing frameworks, reporting logic, automation rules, and scaling mechanisms to support high-performance UA operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Leadership to optimise funnel performance and marketing efficiency.
- Over time, build, mentor, and lead a high-performing User Acquisition team.
