Fullstack Developer (React+Java)

Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of own business - B2B, implementing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects in the banking sector.

• 5+ years of commercial experience in frontend software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks and Context API.
• Excellent knowledge of modern JavaScript and frontend development best practices.
• Knowledge of modern CSS techniques and tools (css-in-js/SCSS).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest.
• Familiarity with modern frontend development workflows, npm, Git, and CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab.
• Interest in working across the full stack, with willingness to contribute to backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AG Grid.
• Experience with Cypress and end-to-end testing.
• Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications used within a Front Office trading environment.
• Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using React while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and responsiveness.
• Contribute to the development of business-critical low-latency systems supporting trading and investment activities.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Work across the technology stack, primarily focusing on frontend development (80%) while contributing to backend services built with Java, Spring Boot, and Python (20%).
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to the evolution of development standards and tooling.
