- At least 3 years of experience in business development, account acquisition, or B2B sales in the technology sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German (C1/C2 level)
- Solid background and understanding of the IT industry and SaaS business model
- Hunter mindset focused on active prospecting and acquiring new enterprise clients
- Confidence in commercial negotiations with senior executives
- Proven consultative sales approach with problem-solving and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently and in a team
Obowiązki
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to acquire new customers in French- or German-speaking SaaS and IT sectors
- Identify, map, and establish contact with key decision-makers and C-level executives
- Lead the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct high-level presentations and tailored product demonstrations
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare high-quality proposals
- Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline data in CRM system
