Fullstack Developer (Java+React)

• Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise with clean API design and domain modeling
• Solid grasp of software design principles including OOP, SOLID, clean architecture, and separation of concerns
• Working proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend tasks
• Proven experience integrating AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) into development workflow
• Professional discipline in testing: unit, integration, and API tests with ownership of test pyramid decisions
• Experience with PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, and migrations
• AWS experience deploying and operating production workloads (ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3)
• Ability to work in ambiguous, greenfield settings and define scope with stakeholders
• Nice to have: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), healthcare or regulated environment experience, security hardening practices, observability tooling (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana), CI/CD pipeline design (GitHub Actions or similar)

• Own features end-to-end: design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain across the full stack (~80% backend, 20% frontend)
• Make foundational architectural decisions on a greenfield codebase including data models, API contracts, service boundaries, and test strategy
• Build and maintain the Java/Spring Boot backend powering the product's core logic
• Contribute to the React/TypeScript frontend as needed
• Integrate AI coding tools into daily workflow and help the team adopt these practices
• Collaborate directly with product stakeholders to refine requirements in a low-ceremony environment
