Senior Pega Developer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in programming and developing PEGA solutions
• Experience in optimizing applications and processes based on the PEGA platform
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements
• Knowledge of Pair Programming methodology
• Basic knowledge of Python 3.x (from version 3.10)
• German language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance projects
• Knowledge of Python

• Develop, maintain, and optimize solutions based on the PEGA platform
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Collaborate with project teams and German-speaking stakeholders
• Participate in designing and implementing business process improvements
• Support technical problem-solving and optimization of existing applications
• Work according to programming best practices, including Pair Programming
