DevSecOps Manager / Lead

SquareOne is recruiting for an international project focused on application security and DevSecOps practices. The role involves coordination and development of security processes within a multi-team environment, with significant travel to Middle Eastern countries.

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps
• Experience in a Lead or Manager role is a strong advantage
• Practical knowledge of tools used in CI/CD and Application Security processes
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage technological initiatives
• Very good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience in a multi-vendor environment
• Knowledge of tools such as GitLab, Bitrise, Invicti, or Fortify

• Develop and implement DevSecOps practices
• Collaborate with development, operations teams, and external partners
• Support application security and CI/CD processes
• Coordinate activities in a multi-team environment
• Participate in defining standards and best practices

The project requires readiness for regular business travel to Middle Eastern countries (approximately 50% of the time). Travel is an integral part of the cooperation and includes direct work with local teams and project stakeholders.
