Fullstack AI Developer

Scalo is a company involved in projects related to the implementation of artificial intelligence throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) using MCP, context engineering, LLM-based automation, and intelligent workflows.

• At least 4 years of programming experience in Java, Python, and Kotlin
• Practical experience with LLM integration
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Experience with intelligent test automation
• Knowledge of MCP engineering (building modular, contextual tools), context engineering (structuring and optimizing AI reasoning), AI-supported architectures, and product thinking in the context of GenAI adoption
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level allowing fluent communication

• Participate in projects implementing artificial intelligence throughout the SDLC using MCP, context engineering, LLM-based automation, and intelligent workflows
• Implement AI-based SDLC accelerators such as code generation, automatic review, and intelligent testing
• Develop MCP extensions to enhance developer workflows
• Apply context engineering for structured and optimized AI reasoning
• Build CI/CD pipelines integrated with LLMs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI adoption
