IT Analyst

Scalo is a company involved in projects such as digitalization of credit and risk processes, automation of operational and back-office processes, development of workflow and document systems, integration and orchestration of banking systems, and rapid product deployment using low-code platforms.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in system-business or process analysis
• Practical knowledge and use of BPMN and UML
• Experience working with the Ferryt 2.0 platform
• Higher education degree
• Comfortable working in agile/iterative environments
• Ability to independently analyze requirements and propose solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in distributed teams

• Model and optimize business processes (BPM)
• Analyze requirements and design solutions based on Ferryt 2.0
• Create analytical documentation using BPMN and UML
• Collaborate with IT and business teams during change implementation
• Participate in projects including digitalization of credit and risk processes, automation of operational and back-office processes, workflow and document system development, banking system integration and orchestration, and rapid product deployment using low-code platforms
