• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Proficient in Java 17 and Spring Boot
• Experience with microservices and distributed architecture
• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
• Knowledge of REST API and event communication (Kafka)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Cloud Native and multicloud approaches
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis databases
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD best practices (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Experience with TDD and automated testing
• Ability to work in Agile (Scrum) environment
• Self-reliant, decisive, and takes ownership of solutions

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications
• Design and implement microservices
• Integrate systems using REST APIs and event-driven communication
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
• Collaborate with the team in Scrum methodology
• Participate in architecture design
• Work remotely with occasional visits to Katowice/Warsaw
