Senior PEGA Developer

ITFS Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a Senior PEGA Developer role with a focus on developing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions based on the PEGA platform. The position involves collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and participation in business process improvements.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in programming and developing PEGA solutions
• Experience in optimizing applications and processes based on the PEGA platform
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements
• Knowledge of Pair Programming methodology
• Basic knowledge of Python 3.x (from version 3.10)
• Nice to have: experience in insurance projects
• German language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Development, maintenance, and optimization of solutions based on the PEGA platform
• Analysis of business and technical requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Collaboration with project teams and German-speaking stakeholders
• Participation in designing and implementing business process improvements
• Support in resolving technical issues and optimizing existing applications
• Working according to good programming practices, including Pair Programming
