QA Automation Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or a similar language.
• Hands-on experience with test automation.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and learning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Codex.
• Experience working with CI/CD environments.

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, UI, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects while providing usability feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and support their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify risks early and promote QA best practices across the team.
