- Fluent Polish language skills (C2 in speaking and writing)

- Installation and configuration of Windows system and other software
- Installation and configuration of networks and printers
- Repair and supervision of IT hardware
- Planning material and technical needs
- Ensuring proper operation of IT equipment
- Conducting training on equipment usage
